How do I place my order online?
Our simple 4 step checkout process is easy to complete:
In Step 1 of checkout, you will be asked to fill in your shipping information.
At this point, you will enter: the address to where your order will be shipped;
your preferred shipping method’ and gift options (Gift box, Gift Message).
In Step 2, you will enter your payment and billing information. You will also be shown a summary of your order as well as your order total.
In Step 3, you will also be able to use any promotions you have. You may also enter your preferred customer number or sign-up to receive emails in the future.
The final step of Checkout, Step 4, is to confirm that we have all of the correct information for your order. When you have confirmed that all the information is correct, click on the submit order button. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and when your order has been shipped.

What payment options can I use?
Crabtree-evelyn.com accepts any one of the major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Please note that we are able to accept form of payment with US and Canadian billing address only. We do not
accept personal checks or money orders online.
Billing information
When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to include the billing
address that is associated with the credit card you are using to make your
purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay. Currently
we are unable to accept orders with billing addresses outside of the U.S.A
How do I apply promotions and coupons?
Crabtree & Evelyn may offer promotions that can
be redeemed on the Online Store. Promotions and discounts,
including free shipping, will be communicated
on the website, through emails and direct marketing such as mailers.
Crabtree & Evelyn may offer different promotions in our retail stores and
in our online store.
1. To redeem a promotion with a code: Enter your promotion code at Step 3 of the checkout process. If you are a preferred customer, you may also enter it at this time.
2. To qualify for a gift with purchase, the following requirements must be met:
Prestige - Preferred Customer Discount
USA prestige customer discounts will not be reflected in the email confirmation order after placing your order.
The benefits of the CA preferred customer program are not available online at this time.
Taxes
The Crabtree & Evelyn Online Store follows all applicable taxing regulations
for the states where we operate retail stores. Each of the 50 U.S. states and
Puerto Rico has established state tax regulations. Taxes are charged according
to the shipping address of your order. Please note that we estimate your sales
tax at check-out. Your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local
taxes.
Restricted Items
The following items are unavailable to ship to Canadian addresses:
Food items, Sleepwear, Slippers, SPF products, Gift cards

All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.
